Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Chop the onions and garlic. Fresh peppers, black olives and anchovy fillets in fine strips Melanzani and Paradeiser free from the skin and cut into small cubes.

In the heated oil, sauté the onion, garlic and green peppers for 10 minutes until soft. Add the tomatoes and the melanzane. Do everything on low heat, 20 min.

Then add the basil, olives, capers, anchovy fillets.

And all this then over a good pasta.
