Instructions:

Dough: Sift the flour into a suitable bowl, make a well in the middle, crumble the yeast into it and let it melt with lukewarm milk.

After 1/4 hour, add the remaining ingredients and make a dry yeast dough. Rise again, roll out and shape into a cake springform pan. The edge should be about 4 cm high.

Filling: pour the poppy seeds with hot milk, let it swell a little, mix it with sugar, a little grated lemon peel and an egg. Spread this filling on the dough form and spread evenly.

Crumble: mix well the butter with the sugar. Mix in the flour briefly, rub in your hand to make crumbles and sprinkle on the poppy seeds. Bake over medium heat.
