Instructions:

Press curd tightly into a clean glass or earthenware pot. Leave warm or on the windowsill in the sun for about five days until it ferments. Scald quantity with butter, season with salt and let bubble at low temperature. Cut up when cooled and dry out. Wrap in plastic wrap and store until cooled.

If you want, you can add a pinch of caraway seeds.
