Mix egg, butter, flour, baking powder and a little salt to a dough. Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm and place in a cake springform pan. Raise the edge to 2 cm.

Separate apples from peel and grate. Chop vegetable onions, sauté in vegetable fat, season with salt, nutmeg and pepper.

Pour apples and the chopped marjoram into the tart springform pan.

Mix egg yolks with milk, season with pepper and salt and pour over the onion / apple mixture. Bake in the oven at 220 °C for about 25 minutes.

Remove the mold and cut the cake.
