Instructions:

Fry the finely chopped onions with the bacon cubes in hot clarified butter. Briefly fry the carrot, kohlrabi and celery cubes. Dust with flour, add 800 ml water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add potatoes, cabbage, diced smoked meat, garlic clove and bay leaf and cook for about 15 minutes. Stir in the sweet cream, season with salt and pepper and finally season with chopped chervil. Pour into warmed cups and serve.
