For the snail bread with tuna, put the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix into a dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured work surface. Spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with tuna cubes.
Place chive rolls on top and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Roll everything up into a roll and cut small strips with a sharp knife.
Place them in a springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
