Finely chop the still full casings, finely dice the bacon, mix with the casings. Add egg yolks and season with salt, pepper and a little marjoram.
Butter white bread slices and spread with the intestine mixture. Sprinkle a little curry on top.
Bake at 200 degrees in a heated oven until golden brown.
