Instructions:

Cream butter with sugar, stir in flour and let the dough rest in a cool place for about 1 hour.

Roll out the dough and cut out small square cookies and bake at 150 °C for about 15 minutes until light.

Beat the egg whites in a mixer or food processor, add the baking sugar and continue beating for at least 10 minutes.

Carefully fold in the powdered sugar, fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe small balls onto a baking tray. Let dry at 80 °C for about 1 1/2 hours.

Then spread one cookie with jam, place a second cookie on top offset to make stars.

Let dry well overnight and then glue the snow cones with some jam on top.
