Instructions:

For the sour cream soufflé, mix the sour cream with the yolks, sugar, cornflour and Grand Marnier and leave to rest in the refrigerator for an hour.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into well-buttered soufflé molds sprinkled with sugar and bake in a water bath in the oven at 200 °C for 13 minutes.

Serve the soufflé in the mold with a refreshing mint ice cream.
