Instructions:

For the sourdough, mix 100 g flour with 100 ml water and leave covered at room temperature for 48 hours.

Then add another 50 g flour and 50 ml water, mix well and leave covered at room temperature for 24 hours. Repeat 2 more times.

After that, the sourdough can be used immediately.
