Instructions:

First, fry the mince in hot oil in batches. Slice the zucchini and melanzani and add them. Fry for about 5 minutes.

Add diced onion and garlic and season. Add tomatoes with liquid and red wine, sauté for 10 minutes until soft. Season to taste.

Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain. Serve with the sauce.
