A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Preparation in the “goulash can”:
Make pasta until just before it becomes al dente (al dente), then keep warm.
In a whipping cream, baking bowl, milk, eggs, parmesan, crushed garlic cloves mix well.
Cut bacon into cubes, fry briefly. Extinguish with the cream sauce, simmer on low heat for 10- 15 min.
Fold in finely chopped parsley, season with salt & pepper.
