For the Spaghetti Carbonara without egg, cook the spaghetti al dente and drain. Heat the olive oil and sauté the bacon with the onion and garlic.

Once everything is soft, sift the cornstarch over it and mix again nicely. Then add the cream and the whipped cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg and add the parsley.

Stir the whole mixture into the hot spaghetti. Serve the spaghetti carbonara without egg.
