For the spaghetti with broccoli cheese sauce, chop the broccoli. Dice the stalk and cut the florets into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the spring onion and garlic.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Fry the spring onion and garlic in a little oil. Add the cubes of broccoli and fry them.
After a few minutes, add the florets and fry briefly. Add whipping cream and steam for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, grate the cheese finely, add it to the sauce and let it melt.
Now season the sauce with garlic salt and herbs. Serve with the pasta.
