A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. finely dice onions. Chop garlic and anchovies finely.

Cut olives into fine rings. Slice chili peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in enough boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, drain.

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté onions, garlic and anchovies in it. Add the pizza tomatoes and cook uncovered for 15 min. Then add olives, chili and capers and simmer for another 5 min on low heat. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Add the spaghetti and cherry tomatoes to the sauce, turn and heat through. At the end sprinkle with chives and pecorino and bring to the table on the spot.
