Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Prepare the spaghetti al dente.

Cut garlic cloves into fine slices. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil, roast garlic in it until golden. Extinguish with half a ladle of pasta water, cook to a creamy sauce.

Drain the pasta, drain it, turn it to the other side in the sauce. Add the remaining olive oil and parsley, season, cook for 2-3 minutes, turning repeatedly.
