Instructions:

Make spaghetti about five minutes in salted water. Cut the zucchini into slices and blanch with the garlic also in salted water briefly “al dente” and then mix with the spaghetti in a baking dish. Heat the crème fraîche with the butter, add the chives and season with salt and pepper. Now add the spaghetti with the zucchini to the sauce form and mix well. Garnish with walnut kernels if desired.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
