Instructions:

Spread the white bread thinly with butter. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Cover the bread with them.

Cut the sardines in half and place on top of the tomatoes. Coarsely chop the egg with the olives and the onion. Mix with the chives and spread evenly over the bread. Serve garnished with olives.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
