Instructions:

Spare ribs: Wash cold, dry and cut into pieces about three centimeters wide.

Then add the marinade.

Mix oil, soy sauce, orange marmalade and pepper.

Add two tablespoons of spicy tomato cocktail.

(they round off the marinade with the spicy flavor of chili and a hint of garlic, refined with parsley).

Brush the ribs on all sides, pour the rest of the marinade over them and leave to marinate for three hours in the refrigerator.

Before frying, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook the ribs on aluminum grill trays.

While grilling, brush a few times with the marinade.

Serve with Achim Mentzel Schlemmersauce Paradeiser-Cocktail piquant.

Stuffed cucumber For the stuffed cucumber, remove the skin from the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and cut the cucumber into pieces about eight centimeters long.

The filling consists of minced meat, finely diced onion, chopped parsley, seasoned with salt, ground pepper and paprika.

Fill the cucumber pieces with this mixture and put two of them together with the cut surfaces.

Now coat aluminum foil with oil, place one cucumber roll on each, brush the cucumbers and wrap them tightly.

Cooking time on the broiler is 15 min.

Serve with honey-mustard-dill sauce.
