Look forward to this fine asparagus recipe:

Peel the asparagus spears only at the end and cook in boiling hot salted water for 10-12 min, cool slightly. For the sauce, stir through crème fraîche, honey and lime juice – not so easy with the honey – maybe refine with a little bit of sweet whipped cream.

Prepare egg mixture from 6 eggs with salt and pepper in a non-stick frying pan. Lightly toast toast or farmhouse bread – top with egg dish, then asparagus spears, graved salmon and cheese. To top it off, lightly cover with sauce.

Everything tastes very tasty slightly lukewarm. If you like, fry the farmhouse bread in olive oil until nice and crispy.
