Instructions:

For the spelt bread, mix flour, buckwheat, tiger nuts, sunflower seeds and salt in a bowl.

Make a well in the center and dissolve the yeast in the bread water mixture, add the fermented cereals, mix well and knead.

Form the dough into a ball and let it rise for 20 minutes at room temperature with the lid closed. Then put the dough in a greased elongated high ceramic baking dish and bake the spelt bread at 180° Celsius for about 1 hour.
