Instructions:

Knead ingredients in order to form a smooth dough and shape it into dumplings. These are placed in boiling, lightly salted water and cooked for about 10 min at low heat.

The dumplings can either be rolled in butter crumbs and served with plum roast (Powidl) or possibly with fresh strawberry or raspberry sauce.
