For the spelt dumplings cut spelt dumplings into cubes, pour milk over them and let them sit for a while, stir in eggs. Wash and finely chop the onions and parsley. Add to the dumpling mixture and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Form dumplings with wet hands.

Line a perforated cooking container with plastic wrap and place the spelt dumplings on top so they don’t stick to the bottom. Steam at 100 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on size.
