For the spelt pumpkin chocolate cake, cream sugar, sprinkle sweetener and eggs until the mixture is quite light.

Stir in lemon juice and zest, cinnamon, salt, chocolate and pumpkin seeds. Mix the baking powder with the flour and fold into the mixture with the pumpkin flesh.

Pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180° in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Cut the cooled cake once and spread with jam, assemble and sprinkle the spelt pumpkin chocolate cake with powdered sugar.
