For the spice bread, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Put the flour in the mixing bowl, pour the water-yeast mixture over it, add sugar, salt and the spices and knead for a few minutes.

Let the dough rise for 1 hour, knead again and let it rise for another hour. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees and put a ceramic vessel with water in it.

Now form a loaf, either put it in a bread baking vessel or place it on a baking sheet and bake for about 50 minutes. The bread is ready when it sounds hollow after you tap it.
