Mix curd, whipped cream and sour cream, pour into a fine sieve and place a bowl underneath. Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours. The whey drips off and a nice firm cream cheese is formed.Stir the spice mixture into the cream cheese and let it sit for about 1 hour.
