Try this delicious cake recipe:

Stir through wheat flour and baking powder, salt, corn flour and saffron. Cut tomatoes into strips and stir in. Mix milk, egg white or possibly egg, oil and honey and fold in the dry ingredients.

Grease the ramekins with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the batter evenly.

Bake the muffins in the oven heated to 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Cool in the muffins for 5 minutes, then place on a cooling rack.
