The best and quickest way to cook the minced meat is in a large frying pan with a tight-fitting lid, in which the potatoes are cooked at a moist temperature. Use a firm cooking variety. 1.

1. rinse potatoes, remove peel and cut into 1 cm cubes. Heat fat over medium heat, add potatoes, season with salt and season with pepper. Cover and cook until tender, turning occasionally to the other side.

Peel and finely dice onions. Cut cucumber and bacon into equal cubes. Mix mustard and whipped cream.
