Spicy Noodle Casserole

For the pasta casserole, cook the pasta in salted water.

Cut the sausage into small cubes, finely chop the parsley.

Mix the curd with the eggs and parsley and pour into the mold. Pour the curd-egg mixture evenly over it.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for 35 minutes.

After 25 minutes of baking, sprinkle with the grated Emmental and finish baking.

Serve the pasta casserole fresh from the oven.
