Instructions:

For savory oat grains, soak oat grains in water for about 10 hours. Drain the oat grains well.

Heat the fat, sauté the chopped onion and grains, then add liquid. Add vegetable soup extract, bay leaf, salt, pepper and paprika powder and cook on low heat for about 50 minutes.

Finally, mix in the chopped parsley.
