Sprinkle the cleaned pike perch with the juice of one lemon, rub it well inside and out with fish seasoning, pepper, salt and curry, cut the smoked bacon into strips and lard it with it. Place the fish in the foil and close the foil so that the juices do not leak out. Preheat the electric oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes, then place the fish in the oven at 200 °C for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on its size. After steaming, cut the foil, skin the pike perch and bring it to the table on a platter.

Serve with dill potatoes and fresh seasonal salad.
