Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into small cubes. Clean and grate the vegetables. Place onion, vegetables and fat in a microwaveable dish and cook at 650 watts for 2 min with lid closed. Cut heart in half lengthwise, remove sinews and fat and cut into narrow strips. Remove the tubes from the mussels and cut them into small strips. Add the giblets to the vegetables, add red wine and soup. Add spices, mustard and tomato paste, stir and cook for 6 minutes with closed lid at 650 watts. Stir sour cream with flour and add to the mushroom. Cook again at 650 watts with closed lid for 7 minutes.

Serve with bread dumplings.
