For the spinach in sesame oil, remove stems from spinach leaves, wash and add to saucepan with a splash of water and steam for about three minutes. Season with sea salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Heat the sesame oil and briefly toast the sesame seeds in it, spread on the spinach.

Decorate the spinach in sesame oil with sliced cocktail tomatoes and serve.

Serve with garlic bread or wholemeal toast.
