Instructions:

Sauté diced onion and leek slices in hot oil. Add long grain rice and cook until translucent. Add water, season. Do at low temperature for 25 to half an hour.

Clean spinach, rinse, drain. Stir into long grain rice. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in parsley, dill and pine nuts and let stand 5-10 min.

Serve with: cutlets or chops.
