For the spinach patties, chop the garlic clove and fry briefly in olive oil. Add the flour, pour in the milk and mix well.

Cut the feta into 4 mm cubes and mix with the spinach and the garlic mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 squares. Spread the spinach mixture on one half of the squares (divided crosswise), as a triangle.

1 cm of the puff pastry should be left as a border. Fold the squares together to form triangles.

Press the edge tightly and roll up, so that the pastries do not leak during baking.

Brush the spinach patties with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees / hot air, 15 minutes until golden brown.
