For the spinach stew, sort out and wash the spinach, drain and chop coarsely. Peel and finely dice the onions.

Melt the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat and finely chop with a wooden spoon, sauté for 5 minutes. Add the spinach, water and let the spinach fall together over medium heat.

Add rice and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Reduce heat and steam for 1/2 hour. Add a little more water if necessary.

Drain yogurt in a coffee filter bag for 15 min, place in a bowl and stir until smooth.

Serve the spinach stew with the yogurt.
