Grease a baking pan (20 cm ø), line the bottom with parchment paper.
Mix the flour and salt and add the fat. Stir in all the other ingredients and mix to a smooth dough, which should not be too liquid.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake on the center rack of the heated oven (375 degrees F, gas mark 5). After 15 minutes, lower the temperature (350 degrees F, gas mark 4).
Baking time 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
Tip: If you don’t like raisins, just leave them out.
