Try this delicious cake recipe:

Beat eggs until thick and creamy, add water, beat until fluffy. Gradually sift in sugar and vanilla sugar, beating meanwhile until sugar is dissolved and no longer crunches. Sift flour and baking powder onto batter and stir in loosely. Next, gently stir in 8-grain mix.

Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in heated oven on 2nd rack from bottom, rack curve up, at 175-200 degrees for 30-40 min until golden brown. Next, loosen the edge with a kitchen knife, lift the sponge out of the pan and cool.

Baking time 30-40 min.
