Crumble the feta cheese and puree with curd cheese and milk. Wash the parsley and basil, dab dry and chop finely. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Mix all herbs into the feta mixture. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press and add to the feta mixture. Finely chop the spring onion and also stir in thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
