A cake recipe for all foodies:

Stir flour and potato flour with the water/egg white mixture until smooth.

Add oil, nutmeg and salt and stir well.

Fry 16 very fine pancakes 15-20 cm ø in clarified butter from this mixture.

Fill according to choice, then roll up and form into a parcel. Turn in flour to the other side and finish baking in the deep fryer.
