Peel both types of vegetables.

First cut the kohlrabi, then the beet with the fine blade of the Spirali.

Wrap the fish fillet with the threads and cook in a steamer (e.g. a bamboo steamer) for a few minutes.

Season to taste.

Finally, pour the melted herb butter over the fish form.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also stand out for their fresh taste!
