A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Melt the yeast in lukewarm milk. Put the flour, the oil to about 1EL, sugar to 10g, egg and the salt in a suitable bowl. Add the yeast milk and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about half an hour. Knead dough repeatedly, divide into 8portions. Flatten each piece of dough, put 1 tablespoon of powidl on top and press the dough together. Let rise again. Bring the water, a little salt, the remaining oil and the remaining sugar to the boil in a large saucepan.

Pour in the noodles and close the pot on the spot. Cook at low temperature for about 20 minutes.

Serve with vanilla sauce.
