For the steamed pike perch on spinach leaves, squeeze the garlic, wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces. Chop the onion coarsely.

Heat the butter and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the spinach and place the pike perch on top. Add lemon juice and nutmeg and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
