For the Steirerkeks beat the butter with powdered sugar until fluffy, then mix the flour, nuts and spices and stir in slowly. Carefully knead the now crumbly mass by hand. It is best to roll out between cling film about 4 mm. Then cut out and stamp with the Styrian Panther – or another picture.

Bake the Styrian cookies on baking paper for about 10 minutes at 200° C, not too dark.
