Instructions:

For the Steirertiramisu, prepare the agartine or gelatin according to instructions and dissolve in the applesauce, season with sugar (or e.g. stevia) vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of clove powder to taste.

Whip cremefine or whipped cream until stiff and season with 1 pkg. vanilla sugar. Line a mold – starting with biscuits – spread (cooled) applesauce and top with a thin layer of whipped cream, then again biscuits, applesauce, whipped cream and a third time in this order all ingredients.

Sprinkle with the coarsely chopped pumpkin seeds (ready-made, e.g. at Hofer) and decorate with some liquid chocolate (heat briefly in the microwave and drizzle with a coffee spoon). Place in the refrigerator overnight. The Steirertiramisu is perfect dessert or also for coffee snack a pleasure!
