Finely grind the remaining pistachios or crush them in a cutter, add to the milk and add the sugar (2). Let it boil while stirring. Cool, then mix with the rising whipped cream.
Divide the strawberries evenly in dessert bowls and form the cream over them. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
