For the strawberries with whipped cream, wash the strawberries, remove the green and the stems and cut them into smaller pieces.
Put half a tablespoon of powdered sugar in each of 2 dessert bowls, then add some of the strawberries. Repeat a few more times until the strawberries are used up.
Finally, spread a tablespoon of confectioners’ sugar over both bowls and let sit for about 30 minutes until the sugar has melted.
In the meantime, whip the whipped cream with about half a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff. Spread over the strawberries and enjoy.
