Strawberry and Curd Cream

Puree half of the strawberries with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar, chop the other half.

Mix the curd cheese well with the strawberry puree. Whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the strawberry pieces into the strawberry puree.

Fill the strawberry and curd cream into dessert bowls and refrigerate for approx. 1 hour.
