A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Bring milk and 40 g sugar to a boil. Stir 100 ml whipped cream and vanilla pudding powder until smooth, stir into the boiling milk and bring to the boil again briefly. Fold in Baileys.

Spread the sponge fruit cake base with the pudding and leave to cool for 20 minutes.

Rinse strawberries, clean, cut in half, place on lukewarm cream. Grape juice. Cook 2 tbsp sugar and red cake glaze according to package directions. Spread evenly over strawberries, set aside to cool for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and bring to table dusted with powdered sugar.
