Instructions:

Clean, rinse and crush strawberries. Slit the vanilla pod and scrape the pulp into the strawberry puree. Beat egg whites until stiff, pour in honey while beating, then fold in strawberry puree.

Place quantity in freezer. Stir once every hour until the mixture is firm.
